Suspects identified in Tucson gang shooting

Detectives from the Tucson Police Department Gang Unit have identified two suspects in the murder of 23-year old Ramon Bracamonte. Detectives have obtained an arrest warrants for 27-year old Alejandro Tallamantes and 20-year old Arnulfo Mendoza.

Police are seeking information in the whereabouts of the two men.

The shooting of Bracamonte occurred on the early morning of June 12, 2012 in the parking lot of the apartment complex located at 6200 South Campbell Avenue.

Detectives from the Gang Investigations Unit responded to the scene learned that t Bracamonte and another man had engaged in an altercation with a group of unknown individuals in the apartment complex. The altercation escalated to the point where shots were fired.
