Hail Kermit: Sunday’s comic

Tim Stanley writing for the Telegraph:

“On Tuesday, activists for and against a proposed abortion law that would prohibit the procedure past the 20th week of pregnancy gathered at the state Capital in Austin for a bizarre shout-down. The prolife side sang Amazing Grace. The pro-abortion side tried to drown them out by shouting “Hail Satan!” I’m not making this up: you can view one of the confrontations on the video above and another via this link. Quite what Satan thinks about it all, we can obviously only speculate. But I’m guessing that even the Horned One would regard association with the US abortion industry as bad PR.”

From the New York Times:

Dr. Kermit Gosnell was sentenced in May to life in prison without parole for the murder of a baby born alive in a botched abortion, who prosecutors said would have survived if the doctor had not “snipped” its neck with scissors.

The sentence was part of an agreement that Dr. Gosnell reached with the Philadelphia district attorney’s office under which he waives his right to appeal.

  1. We have a very clear example of who you are when you decide which side you want to stand with. Light or Dark. It’s a clear expression of which morals and values you hold. Time to stand.

  2. Abortion has often been compared to the sacrifice of children in demonic societies; also many women are tricked by deception or bullied by parents or boyfriends into having abortions.

And in fact, Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton were judicial hoaxes. Both Roe (Norma McCorvey is the former Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade) and Doe (Sandra Cano is the former Doe of Doe v. Bolton) asked the Supreme Court to reverse their own decisions, claiming fraud.

A pregnancy counselor told me about a typical case where the woman wanted to keep the baby after seeing the ultrasound. Her boyfriend beat her up and threatened her; she had the abortion. Crying in her last call to the counselor, she exclaimed: “He knows where I live! He knows where I work!”

Satanic activity? I guess that depends on your definition.

  3. The is just more proof that we are in a spiritual warfare, battle between good and evil.

  4. If anyone had doubts about what kind of people pro-abortionists are, this article certainly puts it in perspective.

  5. These pro abortion people chanting “hail satan” are very threatening and make me ill. But that does not really frighten me and makes me hold my ground against abortion even stronger. Only really evil people would “hail satan” but then that’s only my opinion.
I’m sure there are some who would call me names and feel insulted but hey, I can only speak the truth. Whose truth? mine, and a few million more.
