The Wildcats demonstrated their strength and talent by overcoming 14 turnovers to win a close game when they may have been distracted knowing that Michigan State had had lost earlier in the day giving them a chance to move to Number 1 in the rankings.

  1. the shooting percentages were quite interesting as were ‘offensive boards’ by the CATS which won them the game with much worse shooting, but just more of it… this team has learned another lesson of just keep playing finding a way to win – that’s what will have them going deep in March. Of all the Great teams Arizona has had – this is a very special one.. just so much talent its amazing. BTW – I’m glad we settled an old score with UNLV the TV guys were comparing them to the old SHARK team bringing up the UA Sweat 16 loss etc. I didn’t realize who the UNLV coach was… and they have a very good team – which BTW so are the Colo. Buff’s WOW another amazing game! (don’t know if we play them this year or not) – BEAR DOWN ARIZONA!!!!!!!!!!
