cochise-countyOn Thursday August 13, 2014 at approximately 10:54 am, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a bag being found in a barn that could possibly contain explosives.

The caller advised that he is renting out a residence that previously belonged to his father who was known to have explosive items in the property before his death.

The bag was located hanging in the barn and the caller requested assistance from the bomb technicians. The Sheriff’s Office bomb tech responded along with and EOD tech from the Department of Public Safety and an EOD Canine and handler from the Pima County Sheriff’s Office.
