Finally Jodi Arias has been sentenced

Jodi Arias was sentenced to a natural life sentence with no possibility of parole by Judge Sherry Stephens at today’s hearing.

Arias was first found guilty in May 2013 of murdering her on-off boyfriend, Travis Alexander, five years earlier.

Because two previous juries were unable to decide whether or not she should receive the death penalty, the final sentencing decision was up to Judge Stephens to rule on whether Arias would serve her natural life in prison or have the possibility of parole after 25 years.

Although with probably less notariety, it is expected that her attorney will appeal.

  1. jdfast. I can not go along with her living on my dime unless there was a possibility of her being executed in the VERY NEAR future. As for the “bleeding heart” juror’s that refused to send her to her death they have shown that they are non essential and expendable people.

  2. Somebody should line her cell walls, floor, and ceiling, with pictures of her murder victim, to remind her every minute why she’s there.

  3. Good bye Jody, hope you like grey walls and women… May you never see the light as a free woman again. You so richly deserved the needle but one juror felt sorry for you and now you can live the rest of your life on my dime and I won’t mind paying one bit.
