The offender in this publication has indicated that he will be living in the unincorporated area of Yavapai County. It is the responsibility of the Sheriff’s Department Office having jurisdiction where the offender will reside to make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from Arizona State prison, accepted under an interstate compact, or released from the county jail back into the community. Offenders are categorized into three levels: Level One (low risk to the community), Level Two (intermediate risk to the community) and Level Three (high risk to the community). Greco has ben classified as a level 2 offender.
71-year-old Vincent Harry Greco, has been convicted of a sex offense which requires community notification. This sex offender has advised the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at 1410 S Mullen Way, parked in front of house, Prescott, Arizona, 86303. This individual is not wanted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
September of 1968, then 23-year old Offender was convicted of Oral Copulation with a Minor and Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a child 14 or 15 years of age, known to him, in violation of CA Code 288. Offender was sentenced to a term of probation and subsequently required to register as a sex offender in CA. In February, 2009, Offender was charged in CA with Failing to Register as a sex offender when he was an un-paid volunteer at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts working as a music instructor and directing a jazz ensemble consisting of students ranging in age from 13 to 19 years old. Offender failed to notify school officials about his registration requirements. Offender is not on parole or probation in Yavapai County.
