A Sierra Vista Police Department investigation into sexual conduct with a juvenile perpetrated by a known local man resulted in his arrest on Thursday morning.
Sierra Vista Police Department detectives located 18-year-old Sierra Vista resident Dallas Archer on Thursday morning near the intersection of Highway 92 and Avenida Cochise. He was subsequently arrested at about 11 a.m.
Archer was booked into Cochise County Jail on charges of aggravated luring a minor for sexual exploitation, sexual conduct with a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor, and furnishing harmful items to a minor child. Archer is being held on a $500,000 bond.
