Yavapai County Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender resides must make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from Arizona State prison, accepted under an interstate compact, or released from the county jail back into the community.

This sex offender has advised the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at 14182 S Spring Lane, Spring Valley, AZ., 86333. This individual is not wanted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
In 1996, Offender was convicted of 2 counts of rape in the State of Washington. Offender was convicted of Failure to Register in 2004 and 2000 in Oregon, and 2014 in Arizona.
He is currently on parole and is considered a level 3 (high) risk.
