The offender in this publication has indicated that he will be living in the unincorporated area of Yavapai County. It is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Office having jurisdiction where the offender resides to make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from Arizona State prison, accepted under an interstate compact, or released from the county jail back into the community.
24-year-old Paul Anthony Jenkins, has been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification. This sex offender has advised the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at 3600 West Cindy Lane, Chino Valley, AZ., 86323. This individual is not wanted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
In March of 2012, 19-year old offender solicited sexual contact with a 16-year old female known to him. Offender was arrested and charged with four criminal offenses. On November 7, 2012, offender pleaded guilty to one count of Furnishing Harmful Items to a Minor and one count of Child Abuse. On November 13, 2012, sentence was suspended and offender was placed on probation for 10 years. Offender violated terms and conditions of his probation, and on January 25, 2013, a Petition to Revoke Probation was filed. On April 8, 2013, a Disposition Hearing was held and offender was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the AZ Dept. of Corrections for 2.5 years and ordered to lifetime sex offender registration. Offender was released from prison on October 14, 2016. He is not on probation.
Mr jenkins is considered a Level 2 risk to the community.
