The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is the responsible Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender will reside to make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from Arizona State prison, accepted under an interstate compact, or released from the county jail back into the community.
46-year-old Kenneth Shannon Booth, has been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification. This sex offender has advised the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at 3305 E Colt Circle, Cottonwood, AZ., 86326, with a secondary address of 2585 S Pipe Creek Drive, Cottonwood, AZ., 86326. This individual is not wanted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
Offender Booth was 20-years-old when he entered the home of a 12-year-old female and touched her. Offender Booth has had numerous contacts with law enforcement for unrelated incidents.
He is not on probation and is considered a Level 3 (high) risk.
