The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is the responsible Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender will reside to make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from Arizona State prison, accepted under an interstate compact, or released from the county jail back into the community.
33-year-old Donald Earl Birr Jr., has been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification. This sex offender has advised the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at 13155 Prescott Street, Dewey-Humboldt, AZ, 86329. This individual is not wanted by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office at this time.
Offender Birr was convicted of Public Sexual Indecency and Public Sexual Indecency to a Minor in 2004. In 2005, Offender Birr was convicted of a Violation of Sex Offender Registration.
He is on parole and considered a Level Three (high) risk.
