The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is serving notice to the community that Christopher Michael Allyn, 45, is now residing at 11701 S. Hunter Avenue, in Yuma, AZ. He is described as 6 feet tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
On 9/21/1990, Allyn was convicted by the Clark County Superior Court in the State of Washington of 3rd Degree Rape. His victim was a 16 year old female known to him. He was sentenced to one year in jail with six months suspended providing that he completed a sex offender treatment program at the Center for Behavioral Interventions in Portland, Oregon and 24 months of community supervision.
On 2/12/1991, Allyn was sentenced to 12 months in jail with 180 days credit, and one year of community supervision for violating the conditions of his probation by failing to complete the sex offender outpatient treatment program.
On 2/12/2000, Allyn was convicted for failure to register for which he served one year in jail. On 8/06/2004, he was again convicted by the Yuma County Superior Court for failure to register. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 36 months of probation. Allyn is not on parole or probation.
Allyn is considered a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend. Sex offenders are categorized in three levels based on the risk that they pose to the community to re-offend.
