Ward Wins Gosar Endorsement, Not “Another Establishment Patsy”

In his endorsement of Dr. Kelli Ward, conservative Rep. Paul Gosar did not mince words about his colleague and Ward’s opponent Rep. Martha McSally. Gosar is the first member of Arizona’s Congressional delegation to endorse in the state’s upcoming U.S. Senate race.

“In my time working with Martha, I found her, though likable personally, to be very inconsistent politically. None of us can count on Martha keeping a campaign promise as she will fall for whatever the D.C. elite tells her to do at the time. I have seen that firsthand,” said Gosar in his endorsement of Ward.

“The most important issue facing our country is our unsecured and open borders. Kelli knows how critical this is and she will not cave to the leftists in their demands for amnesty, open borders, and endless welfare entitlements. Her opponent, unfortunately, has failed to grasp how critical this is to Arizona and the country, and has many times supported blanket amnesty to criminals,” continued Gosar. “This disqualifies her as a credible candidate in this race.”

On Monday, McSally was quick to criticize Trump, so Gosar’s implication that she was a ‘Never Trumper’ had an impact on conservatives across the state. “Kelli has proven she votes the way she talks – like a true American who loves her country and supports her President.” said Gosar. “This election will determine if Arizona has a senator who supports the American people and President Trump or a ‘Never Trumper.’ This election is between someone committed in their heart to real American values and securing our border or someone who supports amnesty, criminals and border jumpers.”

Ward described herself as grateful for Gosar’s endorsement. “I am honored to receive Congressman Paul Gosar’s endorsement – he is a true fighter for conservative principles and all Arizonans. As we work to make America great again, I am confident Paul will be right there on the front lines and I look forward to joining him in that fight in Washington, D.C.”

McSally is perceived by many to be the chosen candidate for senators McCain and Flake. Both men are very unpopular with republican voters.

Really, I would have never guessed. Whichever way the wind is blowing you will find Martha. Addressing conservatives, we need border security, addressing anyone else, open borders and amnesty is the answer. I for one am sick and tired of this McCain puppet and the swamp money that is behind her.

I only voted for McSally once, and that was to unseat Ron Barber.
I figured at the time, I could get rid of him now and her later, and her time has come.

  3. It is time for Republican voters to take back the Party from the fake Republicans who have sold the Party to their donors (who also fund the Democrats) and now control the Party for their personal political advancement. Donors do not win elections for Republican officer holders, Republican voters do. The donors make it their business to limit our choices to those candidates that have sold out to them, people like Governor Ducey, and who then support Democrat policies like open borders. NO ONE can doubt that Ward will support President Trump`s agenda because the Trump agenda is the conservatives` agenda and that is Ward`s agenda too. Senator Flake refused to stand and fight for his Senate seat because he knows Arizona Republicans have figured out he is a fake and would not rep-elect him The question for McSally is, can she win as a Flake, McCain, Ducey fake Republican when even Senator Flake concedes their brand of fake Republicanism is a loser among Republican voters?

Such an amazing endorsement! Hopefully it will Wake Up voters to smell the coffee. McSally isn’t working for us now! We can’t afford to give her a 6 year term in the Senate. Kelli Ward is the People’s candidate, a consistent conservative with a track record of service.

  5. Thanks Gosar for having the guts to go up against the McCain machine. Kelli Ward all the way and STOP Lea Marques-peterson, otherwise known as leftwinglea.com, who is another pick by the McCain, Flake, McSally open borders #nevertrumper crowd. Get out there and work hard for Kelli and Brandon Martin. It’s ours to win.

What nonsense! His endorsement is not a surprise. The full-time candidate, who has been running for three years, is in the Congressman’s district. Congresswoman McSally is no McCain, she had an impeccable record in the USAF and had nobody to pull strings for her promotion to the rank of Colonel. She has been her own woman earning her way throughout her life. She has supported the Trump Agenda (97%) at a higher rate than the Congressman or the rest of the Arizona Republican delegation. I cannot individually confirm but I heard that Congressman Gosar had a meeting recently with Governor Ducey suggesting that he should be appointed US Senator if the current senior Senator was unable to complete his term. This information is not first hand, but I was told that the meeting did not go well. Is the Congressman now disappointed he did not toss his own hat in the ring earlier? Finally, check out the important legislation that Congresswoman McSally has sponsored and navigated through the US House in her short three years. She and not the Congressman is the 11th most productive member of Congress. McSally will continue to make us proud.
