TUCSON – A man, who had an active warrant for two counts of raping a child and aggravated sexual abuse of a child in Spanish Fork, Utah was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents patrolling near Nogales.

Agents learned the 30-year-old Mexican man, who was present in the United States illegally, had a warrant from the Sheriff’s Office in Spanish Fork.The

The man will be extradited to Utah to face charges for his alleged crimes, and will be processed for immigration removal after state charges are adjudicated.
