WHITERIVER — Arizona leaders noted the passing of Ronnie Lupe, former chairman of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Lupe passed away on Monday at age 89.
Chairman Lupe served as the tribe’s chairman for over three decades. He retired in May 2018.
Chairman Lupe was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
