PHOENIX – A Goodyear man, Jesse Anthony Garcia, has been sentenced to 20 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and one count of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
According to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Garcia, age 30, “allegedly created nine image files containing visual depictions of a minor engaged in exploitative exhibition or sexual conduct between February and April 2016.
Garcia admitted to recording a video in which a minor victim was engaged in exploitive exhibition or other sexual conduct, and attempting to record a video in which a minor victim was engaged in exploitive exhibition or other sexual conduct in 2016.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents arrested Garcia on March 22, 2020.”
At the time of is arrest he was charged with 9 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
