On Tuesday, Aquila Fire started around 2:30 p.m. near 27th Avenue and the Carefree Highway. At least three structures have been destroyed.
The fire is being fueled by windy conditions in the area and has already consumed approximately 893 acres.
Firefighters say more than 200 homes were evacuated, including the Joy Ranch subdivision.
