A commercial truck crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with two commercial trucks and several passenger cars, resulting in two deaths and multiple injuries, according to a tweet from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The at-fault commercial truck ignited and burst into flames after the collision. Two commercial trucks and several passenger vehicles rolled over.
I-10 west bound was closed for a crash at milepost 188 north of Casa Grande.
