PHOENIX — A suspect in connection with a massive fire in downtown Phoenix last week has been arrested.
Phoenix Police arrested 54-year-old Ted Hopkins for allegedly setting an apartment complex under construction on fire on June 7.
Investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Phoenix Fire, and the Phoenix Police Department gathered enough evidence to arrest Hopkins. However, officials have not yet determined the exact cause of the fire.
