Gilbert Police Arrest Wisconsin Quadruple Homicide Suspect

On Friday, September 17, 38-year-old Antoine Darnique Suggs, an outstanding suspect in a quadruple homicide investigation out of Dunn County, Wisconsin turned himself into the Gilbert Police Department.

According to the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office, “Suggs has been living in the Phoenix area recently before traveling back to Minnesota in the last couple of weeks. It’s unknown how Suggs traveled back to Arizona this week.”

The victims are as follows:

  • Nitosha Lee Flug-Presley, female, 30 years old of Stillwater, MN
  • Matthew Isiah Pettus, male, 26 years old of Saint Paul, MN
  • Loyace Foreman III, male, 35 years old of Saint Paul, MN
  • Jasmine Christine Sturm, female, 30 years old of Saint Paul, MN

Autopsies were performed on all four victims by Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office and the preliminary examination shows that all four victims died from gunshot wounds.
