Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes have secured the Democratic Party’s nominations for governor and secretary of state.
Fontes won the Democratic nomination on Thursday after ballot totals released showed him is so far ahead that House Minority Leader Reginald Bolding had no chance for success.
Hobbs and Fontes will now face Donald Trump-backed Kari Lake and State Rep. Mark Finchem in November.
