Large Groups Of Migrants Crossing Border At Lukeville

Less than a week after President Joe Biden said that he wasn’t visiting the border in Arizona because it wasn’t “important,” Border Patrol officials report that large groups of migrants are showing up at the Arizona – Mexico border .

Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin tweeted photos of large migrant groups.

Between late Monday night and early Tuesday morning, Ajo Station agents encountered three large groups of migrants. A total of 204 were taken into custody, all adults and family units.

Despite the challenges large groups present, Tucson Sector agents remain steadfast.

“Large groups of migrants from at least 17 different countries spanning three continents were encountered by Ajo Station agents over this past weekend. In just five groups, 321 were taken into custody near Lukeville, AZ,” tweeted Modlin.

When asked by FOX News’ Peter Doocy why he wasn’t visiting the border while in Arizona to promote the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) plant, Biden was dismissive.

“There are more important things going on,” said Biden. “They’re going to invest billions of dollars in a new enterprise.”
