A grand jury has indicted James C. Estep on thirty felony counts that include the crimes of sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and theft.
He allegedly attacked six victims in Mesa and Tempe between September 2018 and August of this year.
Estep had already been arrested previously for allegations similar to the ones made by a teenager last week in the East Valley.
The most recent alleged victim was a 15-year-old girl who was offered a ride at a light rail stop near Main Street and Alma School Road.
He remains in custody on a $500,000 cash-only bond.
