A Mohave Valley man is in custody after it was discovered that he was in possession of child pornography. Aaron Lawrence Perlin, age 42, has been charged with three felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, on September 5, 2023, detectives received a cyber tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) in reference to a personal email address that was in possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
On November 30, detectives contacted Perlin at his place of employment in Lake Havasu City. After interviews with detectives were conducted, Perlin was arrested. Detectives served several search warrants on locations associated with Perlin, with items of evidentiary value seized for further investigation.
