The special investigators looking into the domestic violence charges against Representative Daniel Patterson’s have asked for more time to conduct their investigation. The investigators will be present their report to the House Ethics Committee.
According to the Yellow Sheet, “Originally, Vogt had asked the team of outside attorneys, headed up by Michael Manning, to report back to the committee with a report on Patterson’s case by today.” However Manning said he needed more time to prepare the report.
Patterson was interviewed by the investigator today which could account fir the need to extend the time requested by investigators.
