Tucson realtors’ Wild Western Night to benefit charities

On July 19, the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation is hosting its 2nd Annual Wild Western Night to benefit local charity and non-profit organizations.

The event will be held at the Hilton El Conquistador Resort, 10000 N. Oracle Road, inside the (air conditioned and spacious) Presidio Ballroom. The event starts at 6 p.m. with dinner, a silent auction, casino games, cash bar, dancing, and a Texas Hold ‘Em winner-take-all poker tournament.

Wild Western Night is open to the public. Since all proceeds benefit local charities, community-minded residents and businesses are cordially invited to attend and/or financially support this event.

Since 2011, the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation has contributed some $33,000 back to the community, said foundation’s executive director Philip Tedesco, RCE, CAE. Independently, the Tucson Association of REALTORS® itself has donated an additional $77,000 to non-profits just since 2010.

The event is being organized by the foundation’s Fund-Raising Committee, chaired by Wendy Trush of Tierra Antigua Realty. More details about the foundation are at www.tucsonrealtors.org/foundation.html.
