Sierra Vista Planners Have No Good Reasons To Block Buffalo Soldier Trail Parkway

How long does it take Sierra Vista planners to agree on how to develop a four-lane divided highway as a continuation of Buffalo Soldier Trail from State Highway 92 to Moson Road?

The crazy self-proclaimed environmental agitators are at it again. They want all vehicles to drive three times as far and pollute the air with unnecessary exhaust fumes. Landowners fear their properties will not have a fair price. This can be dispelled by agreements and land trades that are too good to refuse. The old saying “Too many cooks spoil the broth” rings true when a much needed roadway is blocked.

The Audubon Society, Center for Biological Diversity, Nature Conservancy and every Tom, Dick and Harry want the U.S. Government to do their will. How ridiculous can we be? We have a stupid law that the U.S. Government will pay the legal fees of not-for-profit agencies who want to sue the U.S. Government at taxpayers expense!

Wow! This funds economic terrorists to stop new community development and devalues people’s property or investment. Our taxpayers money would be better spent supporting the advice of the respected Dibble Engineering that is a highway designer. Comments by those without license to practice engineering only leads to chaos.

There are no good reasons to block Buffalo Soldier Trail Parkway to Moson Road. The comment that it will facilitate Tribute is uncalled for. Tribute will become a nationally-known planned retirement community and would be a great asset to Sierra vista. Why does the Audubon Society believe it has the right to steal the investment of the Tribute landowners?

Just think how the annual flood waters of the San Pedro could be captures with water pumping systems to enhanced the San Pedro’s aquifer. Saying NO does nothing for Sierra Vista and Cochise County. What we need is engineering innovators who build our community.
