Tucson Police are reporting that homicide victim, Eloy Moore, was involved in a confrontation in the Target parking lot located at 4040 North Oracle Road. The confrontation occurred on Sunday, March 27, 2016 around 6:30 p.m. near dumpsters behind Radio Shack.
Mr. Moore was shot and killed during the confrontation.
On March 27, 2016, just before 8:00 p.m., the Tucson Police Department received a 911 call reference an unresponsive male lying on the ground near the Target parking lot. Officers responded to the area and located Mr. Moore who had obvious signs of gunshot trauma. Mr. Moore was pronounced deceased on scene by responding officers.
A white or cream colored four-door passenger car may be associated to the incident. Detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the confrontation or has any other information related to this incident to please call 911 or 88-CRIME (you can remain anonymous).
