Abed A. Ayoub, legal and policy director of the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee called President Trump’s ban “tantamount to a Muslim ban.” Nonsense. There are at least 57 Muslim majority nations in the world and the Trump administration banned importation from only seven Muslim majority countries, countries that have been sending ISIS members to overthrow other countries.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) threatened the Trump administration with a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the executive order. I’m sure George Soros will fund this action. CAIR is an extension of the 7, which had numerous individuals in the Obama administration.
Last year, the House Judiciary Committee passed a resolution calling on the State Department to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. The Obama administration demurred. President Trump and Secretary-elect Tillerson probably will make that long overdue designation. The Trump administration should also declare CAIR a terrorist organization.
Another front group for the Muslim Brotherhood is the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). U.S. based members of the Muslim Brotherhood created the ISNA in July 1981. Based on a 1980s investigation, the FBI concluded that the Muslim Brotherhood that founded numerous U.S. based groups had risen to leadership roles in the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT). The total number of Muslim front groups is too long to include in the article.

Approximately 2,200 new Transportation Security Officers at Los Angeles International Airport received their training from the Muslim Public Affairs Council, a front group for the Muslim Brotherhood.
Now it appears the Democratic Party has become a front group for the Muslim Brotherhood. Front groups for the Democratic Party, like the ACLU and CAIR, are filing lawsuits against the federal government. Governor Terry McAuliffe of Virginia gave a televised statement, an unhinged televised statement, telling his Attorney General to pursue legal remedy. Terry McAuliffe ignores the fact that the President’s first duty is to protect America, something the Obama administration and Democratic Party ignored.
The McCarren-Walter act of 1952 is codified under Title 8 USC Chapter 12, governs immigration and citizenship in the United States. The Act allows the government to deport immigrants or naturalized citizens engaged in subversive activities and also allow the barring of suspected subversives from entering the country. The law was used by Presidents Eisenhower (to allow more WWII refugees quotas from Southern Europe) and Carter (to ban Iranians from the United States after our embassy was over-run and hostages taken).
United States policy on immigration has been that every alien should be admitted unless there is some law or authority, which requires excluding the alien(s). However, this does not mean that aliens have an inherent right to enter the United States. Immigration into any country is not a right but a privilege.
Article One, Section Eight of the United States Constitution lists seventeen separate powers granted to Congress. Six of these powers deal exclusively with national defense. Article Two specifically assigns the President powers on national security and foreign policy. Under the Constitution, the only mandatory power is to provide for the common defense.
For Democrats to decry the temporary ban on seven Muslim majority nations (out of 57 Muslim majority nations) is an abdication of responsibility to defend this nation by providing for the common defense.
Barack Obama’s rant against President Trump is simply an emotional un-American knee-jerk reaction by a cultural Muslim. The most shameful chapter in American history was Barack Obama’s attack on religious freedom for Christians and his back-door favoritism for radical Muslims such as the Muslim Brotherhood.
