TPD Seeking Armed Pharmacy Robber ID

The Tucson Police department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a pharmacy robber.

On April 10, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the suspect entered the Walgreen’s store located at 9495 E. Speedway Blvd. He went to the pharmacy area and jumped over the counter. Armed with a tool he demanded prescription drugs from the employee . He was given some items and fled the area in an unknown direction. On April 11, 2017, at 8:20 p.m., the same man robbed another Walgreen’s store located at 9184 E. Valencia Rd. In both incidents he was wearing a red knit hat, gray sweat shirt and gloves.

Four days later on April 15, 2017, around 6:00 p.m., the man entered the CVS store located at 8705 E. Speedway Blvd. He again went  to the pharmacy and jumped over the counter. He demanded prescription drugs from the employee while armed with a tool. As the employee went to call 911, the male fled the area in an unknown direction. That same night, around 8:45 p.m., the same person entered the Walgreen’s store at 6767 E. Broadway Blvd went to the pharmacy and jumped over the counter and demanded prescription drugs from the employee. He was given some items and fled the area in an unknown direction. In these incidents, he was wearing a gray baseball hat, teal Hawaiian shirt and tan pants.

The suspect is described as an African American male, 6’4”, thin to medium build with possible facial hair.
