The San Tan Foothills High School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) will send 24 students to compete at nationals after competing against over 1,600 students at the state competition on April 19th.
Sophomore Ariana Cleavenger was elected to serve as a state officer at the same competition. San Tan Foothills High School also earned the coveted FBLA Chapter Sweepstakes which rewards the chapter with the overall best performance at the state competition.
All members attending took something positive away from the State Leadership Conference.
As Sydney Freund mentioned in her Public Speaking II winning speech, “winning is just a bonus, it is the journey that matters”.
