House Majority Leader is one of the dimmest bulbs in the bunch. When arguing against a reasonable raise for Arizona’s underpaid teachers, Allen claimed that they only get second jobs in order to buy boats…. some might just do that…. not many… but what Allen didn’t say was that he and his buddies found enough money to fund horse breeders… oh and a myriad of other fun stuff! Steak and cigars anyone? The lobbyists are buying!
