ATF Agent John Dodson received the Brian Terry Profiles in Courage Award. Dodson was the ATF agent who exposed the Operation Fast and Furious scandal.
Tucson philanthropist Norma Zimdahl received the Brian Terry Courage and Heroism in the Community Award. Ms. Zimdahl, a retired Broadway performer and network television personality, has contributed to a number of charities and causes including the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and The Heritage Foundation.
Previous speakers and honorees include former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, reporter Sharyl Attkisson, former Congressman Ron Barber, Congressman Darrell Issa, Governor Doug Ducey, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Eric Gough, and Sue Krentz, the widow of slain Arizona rancher Robert Krentz.
