On Friday, 12 people were injured and 3 were taken flown to the hospital as a result of a collision that occurred inside the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Farm property during a tourist ride in the business monster truck.
The accident occurred at 11:09 a.m.
The cause is still under investigation.
According to the company’s website, “The Monster Truck Tours are a 45 minute educational tour through the ranch with some fun and excitement thrown in. They are great for all ages and are wheelchair accessible as long as the passenger can sit on the truck seat. They are also baby friendly towards the front of the truck but the back is reserved for the more adventurous “Thrill Seekers” because when it is time to go 4-wheelin’ that is where the real excitement is.”
