On Thursday January 25, 2018, detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit served a search warrant on Marc Temkin at a residence in the 800 block of North Via Roma. The search warrant came just days after several images depicting juvenile girls in a sexually explicit manner were uploaded from an IP address at the home.
Through the course of the investigation detectives, with the assistance of Tucson Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children detectives, learned the home and IP address belonged to 66-year-old Marc Temkin, a retired district attorney from New York State.
Following the service of the search warrant Marc Temkin was arrested for 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. This is an ongoing investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available.
