TPD Needs Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects

On November 24, 2017, the pictured suspects drove to the Taco Bell drive-thru window located at 5570 E. Travel Plaza Way. When the female employee opened the window, the driver pointed a handgun at her and demanded money from the register.

When the employee walked away from the window, the male suspect climbed through the window and into the store. The suspect then grabbed a male employee and demanded that he open the register. At the same time, a female suspect appeared at the window holding a wooden baton (and cigarette). The female suspect leaned in the window and attempted to strike the employee with her baton. The employee was not able to open the register quick enough, so the male suspect climbed back through the window and the suspects fled in an unknown vehicle.

A third suspect was seen standing outside the vehicle armed with a handgun.

Detectives have followed up on leads in this case, but have been unable to positively identify the suspects involved.

  • Suspect #1 is described as a White male, dark hair, thin build, with tattoos on top of his right forearm, just above the wrist.
  • Suspect #2 is described as a White female, heavy build with long blond hair.
  • There was no description of the third suspect other than a male with a handgun.

Anyone with information about who these individuals may be is urged to call 88-CRIME. You CAN remain anonymous.
