The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that Kimberly Sue Faz, 49, is now residing at 905 S. 20th Avenue, #7 in Yuma, Arizona. She is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Faz will be residing at 905 S. 20th Avenue, #7 , Yuma, AZ 85354.
On December 14, 1993, Faz entered into a plea agreement in the Yuma County Superior Court on one (1) count of Sexual Conduct with a minor 15 year old male juvenile. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation.
On December 8, 2008, Faz entered into a plea agreement for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 1.5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
Faz is considered a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
Sex offenders are categorized in three levels based on the risk that they pose to the community to re-offend.
