A Tucson man, Whytte Duncan, was arrest in connection with sexual exploitation of a teen placed in a foster home.
Earlier this month, detectives with the Tucson Police began an investigation into possible surreptitious video recording of an underage teenage female in her foster home. They learned a camera with recording capabilities had been located in a bathroom inside the residence where the victim had been living.
Detectives determined the device contained recordings depicting the underage victim.
Detectives served a search warrant at the residence and collected evidence, to include computers and small recording devices. They developed probable cause to arrest Duncan for three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a Class 2 Felony and ten counts of Surreptitious Recording, a Class 5 Felony. Duncan was transported and booked into the Pima County Jail.
