Second Body Found From Nogales Flash Flood

The Nogales Police Department believes it has recovered the second body carried away by Tuesday’s flood. The first body was located in the Nogales Wash at approximately 8:52 a.m. on Wednesday.

The body of the adult male found on Wednesday was taken to the Pima County Medical Examiner’s Office in Tucson for an autopsy and identification.

On Thursday, the second body was found three-quarters of a mile southeast of Palo Parado Road near Exit 25 in the Santa Cruz River.
