CHANDLER — A Chandler man, Joseph Peter Sizemore, was arrested on Monday on multiple counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
Sisemore allegedly performed sex acts with a girl under 16 years old, according to Chandler Police detective Seth Tyler. The teen was a babysitter for his pre-teen daughter. Investigators alleged that Sizemore, age 41, had sex with the girl on numerous occasions since November in his residence.
Sisemore was arrested as he exited a local drug store at 180 N. Dobson Rd. after purchasing the morning after pill for the victim.
Sisemore was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 11 counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
