Bullhead City Man Sought In Shooting Incidents Arrested

Jack Alan Gonzalez was arrested by Bullhead City Police Department officers on August 3, 2019 on a felony warrant for conspiracy to commit second degree murder and discharging a firearm at a residence.

Gonzalez was wanted for his participation in multiple shooting incidents that took place in Bullhead City throughout the month of July 2019. No injuries were sustained in these incidents.

On the afternoon of August 2, 2019, Bullhead City Police received a tip that Gonzalez was in Laughlin, Nevada. Gonzalez was observed at a Laughlin hotel and fled on foot eluding police.

Later in the evening members of the Bullhead City Police Department and GIITEM detectives received information that Gonzalez was located in a residence in the 1700 block of Central Avenue. Upon arrival, officers issued several warnings for Gonzalez to exit the residence. Gonzalez failed to comply. After Gonzalez repeatedly ignored warnings issued by law enforcement on scene, the Bullhead City Police Department’s SWAT team was activated. The SWAT team eventually deployed gas into the residence causing Gonzalez to surrender.

This is an ongoing investigation.
