Tucson Police Bust Downtown’s Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails Employees, Customer

TUCSON – Tucson’s Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails was the scene of multiple arrests on January 10. Two bartenders were arrested for overserving; a security guard was arrested for narcotic sales; and a customer was arrested for narcotic sales.

According to Tucson police, the arrests were the result of investigations spurred by “alcohol-fueled fights in the vicinity of a few bars,” in downtown recently.

Those arrested were:

  • Security guard Ashton Carrizoza for violation of A.R.S. §13-3408(A)(7) and A.R.S. §13-3415 (felony narcotic sales and drug paraphernalia)
  • Bartender Pablo Craney for three violations of A.R.S. §4-244(23) (misdemeanor overservice)
  • Bartender Amber Dietz for one violation of A.R.S. §4-244(23) (misdemeanor overservice)
  • Bar customer Eddie Leyvas for violation of A.R.S. §13-3408(A)(2) and A.R.S. §13-3415 (felony narcotic sales and drug paraphernalia)
