PHOENIX – On Thursday, the Arizona Department of Public Safety tweeted out a photo of a skeleton in the front seat of a vehicle travelling in the HOV lane. According to the tweet, a trooper cite a 62-year-old man for “HOV and window tint violations on SR-101 near Apache Blvd this morning.”

HOV lanes (High-Occupancy Vehicle) are reserved for the exclusive use of vehicles with a driver and one or more passengers, including carpools, vanpools, and transit buses.
