PHOENIX – Phoenix Police have released video of a man moving from car to car and setting them on fire.
According to the Phoenix Police, the man cut a chain link fence early on a Sunday morning to get into an auto dealer parking lot near 11th Ave & Buckeye.
The man, wearing a hoodie, gloves and a mask, hits a total of 5 vehicles.
The suspect appears to burn his own hand at one point and may have injuries from the January 5 crime.
