PHOENIX – Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe and Chandler police officers arrested 26 men as part of “Operation Silent Predator,” which targeted child sex crimes and human trafficking suspects.
“Operation Silent Predator” consisted of officers and undercover detectives placing ads on websites and apps which are commonly sought out by suspects seeking illegal sex acts with children. The suspects then solicited and/or brokered deals for various sex acts with individuals the suspects thought were 14 years old or younger.
The suspects range from between the ages of 21 and 69 years old.

Colten Jourdain (age 35) Aggravated Luring of a Minor and Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
Kevin Evangelista (age 26) – Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation and Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
Patrick Mai (age 65) – Child Sex Trafficking, Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
Juan Flores (age 40) – Child Sex Trafficking, Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
Nicholas Benhart (age 23) – Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
Andrew Kasmar (age 37) – Luring of a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Attempted Sex Conduct with a Minor
