Ex-Mafioso And His Mom Behind Toby Keith, Rascall Flats Restaurant Failures Arrested

PHOENIX – A former Mafia member turned government witness and his mother, who  were behind the failure of the restaurants owned by country music stars Rascal Flatts and Toby Keith, have been arrested in Arizona on wire fraud and money laundering charges.

Frank Capri, 52, of Scottsdale, Arizona, and his mother Debbie Corvo, 68, of Cave Creek, Arizona, appeared before a U.S. Magistrate following their arrest on Thursday.

On January 28, 2020, a federal grand jury returned a 16-count indictment charging Capri, Corvo, and another individual with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering in connection with the operation of the star-branded restaurants.
