PHOENIX – Phoenix Police have arrested two men seen in a video stabbing and robbing a man after the three exit public transportation at 19th Ave and Camelback at 5:30 a.m. on January 24. Phoenix Police posted the video on social media on Saturday, February 15.
Orion Warren, 19, and Donovan Ames, 18, were arrested Saturday night near 59th and Northern avenues after Silent Witness posted the video.
