YAVAPAI COUNTY – Once again, Yavapai County residents have contacted the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office to report hearing a loud boom in the vicinity of Prescott. The Sheriff’s Office received multiple calls on Tuesday night regarding the sound.
On Sunday morning, Yavapai County residents reported hearing several large “booms.”
Meteor activity is the suspected source of the noise.
