Charge Against Open Border Activist Scott Warren Dropped

TUCSON – The Arizona U.S. Attorney’s Office has dropped the remaining misdemeanor count against Scott Warren, an open borders activist, on Thursday, Feb. 27. Warren was supposed to be sentenced for conviction of driving in a wilderness area while working with No More Deaths/No Mas Muertes.

District Judge Raner Collins granted the motion in court Thursday morning.

The single misdemeanor count was the last charge faced by Warren, who at one point faced up to 20 years in federal prison for felony charges of harboring illegal aliens, after he provided food, water and shelter to a pair of men who had crossed the U.S. Mexico border illegally.
