TUCSON – On Saturday, Tucson Police requested the public’s help identifying a man believed to have stolen 29 COVID-19 test kits Friday from a health clinic. On Sunday, the kits were returned to the El Rio Health Center.
According to sources, a new employee thought that the kits were supposed to go to a lab for testing. He then delivered them to Sonoran Quest Laboratories. Employees at Sonoran realized the error and returned the kits to El Rio.
